PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES IN BOUCHERVILLE, AT HOME OR IN STUDIO
Private classes adapted to your body, in your neighborhood or at your home.
A yoga teacher with 25 years of experience. No crowded studio. A class designed for you, not for the group. If you are looking for yoga without a room of 30 people where no one sees your posture, I come to your home, correct you in real time, adapt to your body, and offer personalized exercises.
“Here, your alignment is corrected in real time. No required level, no anonymous group. Just you, your body, and genuine attention.”

A studio can't do that.
PRIVATE HOME YOGA IN BOUCHERVILLE: WHAT YOU WON’T FIND IN A STUDIO
When I come to your home in Boucherville, I see your natural posture and your postural habits. I can correct what a camera or a teacher at the back of a room would never see. Local studios may be nearby, but here the session is fully adapted to you, your space, your body, and your pace.
Each session begins with a quick check-in: how are you feeling today?
The postures are selected for you, not from a fixed program.
No travel, no parking, no pressure to “look good.”
I travel.
You, you rests at your home.

ADAPTED YOGA CLASSES IN BOUCHERVILLE FOR ALL LEVELS AND ALL AGES
does not need to be flexible.
Need of be ready to start.
Most of my students in Boucherville and on the South Shore do not come from a yoga background. They often begin after 40, 50, or 60, with chronic pain, persistent tired, or simply the desire to reclaim space for themselves.
“I am afraid I am not fit enough.”
“I do not like hot yoga, flow yoga, or crowded classes. I wonder whether I am good enough, or flexible enough.”
“I have back problems. Is this for me?”
These concerns are normal, and they usually disappear from the first class because we start from where you are, not where you think you should be.
-
Returning after an injury or surgery (physical or mental recovery)

REVIEWS OF YOGA CLASSES IN BOUCHERVILLE
“Sandia”, your name must surely mean generosity and wisdom! You bring us only happiness and gentleness each time we reconnect with our bodies. I look forward to seeing you again for as long as possible.
Nicole & Lucie
Yoga sessions with Sandia feel like small islands of softness in the noise of daily life. She welcomes us with a broad smile and then guides us toward a deep moment of relaxation with the sound of her soothing voice. Time seems to stop, making room for calm, softness, slowness, and kindness.
Claudia
Sandia is a terrific instructor. She is very in tune with her students’ abilities and limitations, and works around them. I’ve tried yoga in the past but did not achieve the same level of success as I did in Sandia’s class. I highly recommend Sandia, especially for people with physical limitations or beginners to yoga.
