Some practitioners learn natural medicine from books. I learned it around the family table AND books.

When holistic medicine is a heritage
A LINEAGE OF NATURAL MEDICINE: THE ORIGIN OF SANDIA FAUCON'S APPROACH
In my family, holistic medicine is not a trend. It's a way of life: observing the whole person, understanding its strengths and weaknesses, reading signals, and respecting cycles. I grew up with these reflexes long before formalizing them in consultation. I mention this lineage not to impress, but because it explains why my approach differs from that of a therapist who has only recently arrived on the field.
I did not discover holistic medicine. I live it every day.
When you come to consult me, you do not only access my 25 years of professional practice. You also access intergenerational memory and deep values that go far back.
Every student is an encounter, every journey a story
25 YEARS OF TEACHING YOGA IN MONTREAL, THE SOUTH SHORE AND SURROUNDING AREAS
When I started, there was no app to “do yoga in 15 minutes.” There was a mat, a body, and the responsibility to understand that body. Yours. Since then, I have supported students from 20 to 95 years old: injured, tired, or stressed persons looking for answers and solutions. People who did not think they would see the light at the end of the tunnel, who could not imagine doing yoga, much less finding a little serenity again.
What 25 years have taught me:
A body in pain needs to be listened to, not forced.
Alignment is not corrected in large groups; it is seen in private sessions.
Yoga is a tool for regulating the nervous system, not a flexibility contest.
Every body has an internal logic connected to the brain and emotions. My role is to help you decode it.
Consistency beats intensity; a gentle regular practice transforms, guaranteed.
Healing is often slower than we would like, and that is explainable, logical, and understandable. Patience and resilience are essential.

YOGA AND NATUROTHERAPY INTEGRATION: THE SANDIA FAUCON METHOD
Yoga treats the body. Naturotherapy supports the foundation. Together, they transform.
Most practitioners do one or the other. A yoga studio offers yoga and other physical activities. A consultation office is reserved for consultations. They are two parallel worlds that do not speak to each other.
Your body, your head and your field
I do not look at your stress on one side and your lifestyle habits on the other. I read them together, because each one feeds the other, in both directions.
One practitioner
When I recommend a regulating posture in the morning, a meditation moment in the afternoon, and then an evening dietary adjustment, it is the same vision of the body speaking. Not two separate protocols ignoring each other.
Adapted to your cycle of life
Whether you are going through intense stress, a hormonal transition, an energy slump, or chronic pain, my response draws from my toolbox according to what your body needs right now.
The nervous system like fil conducteur
My years in yoga have taught me that almost everything begins there. Naturotherapy gives me the tools to go further, on the biological level. It is this alliance that creates lasting results.
Follow-up that evolves with you
I do not disappear after one session. My goal is to build a protocol with you that adapts, gets revised, and lasts over time.
The simplicity like valeur fondamental loade
As a child traveler, I grew up between cities and countryside, tropical and northern countries. Growing up in such different environments taught me a lot, and I kept what was essential. My role is to show you, in a simple way, how to access a personalized method based on the environmental and personal factors around you.

I do not support everyone, because I truly want to support you.
NATUROTHERAPY AND THERAPEUTIC YOGA: WHO IS IT FOR?
Here's what my clients might say to me when they come to see me for the first time:
“I do not heal anyone. I teach you to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you for a long time.”

My clients' words carry more weight than my own

What sets Sandia apart is her listening and her holistic vision of well-being. {...} She even came to cook with me, directly in my kitchen. Three years later, her advice and teachings are still part of my routine. {...} Sandia creates genuine, lasting change.
