Service Description
Online or in person, in French or English. During this flexible-length session, we will assess your current health. Based on this information, we will create a personalized wellness plan. The goal is to help you meet your needs in an autonomous and informed way. I can travel if needed in Montreal and on the South Shore; travel fees apply. I prefer in-person consultations, but I can also offer them online when needed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 6 hours before the class: full refund, or the class is credited back to your account. Cancellation within the 5 hours before the class is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the card used or by Interac transfer to the contact details chosen by the client.
