The 1 hour 15 minute sessions are meticulously designed to avoid shocking the body, but rather to provide it, with each step, with a tailor-made approach to gently prepare it and then strengthen it from within. The goal is to release stress and remain serenely present in the moment.

About the event

To participate in this series, I recommend having some basic yoga experience and exercising regularly. Also, please note that there are no recordings or replays. This is a weekly class. Enjoy this time in the comfort of your own home and join me with your mat, blocks, chair, and blanket. Having a wall is definitely a plus!

We start with some stretches, then we share a series of yoga movements, cardio, some strengthening exercises inspired by several techniques, face yoga, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.

The minutes are well spent, and your evenings will be all the more enjoyable!!
