During this day spent with Sandia and Christine, you will have the opportunity to observe, understand, and explore two opposing yet complementary forces. You will be able to delve into your own essence, discover your boundless potential, and ask questions that will lead you to a clearer and more enlightened understanding of yourself. This new perspective will be valuable in all areas of your life: professional, personal, and emotional.
A day from 9:15 am to 6:30 pm which includes: Exercises created by each element; interactive conferences, healthy meals, indoor and outdoor activities if the weather is good and the strengthening of a beautiful Community which has the same objective: to know each other better and to prevent rather than suffer.
We encourage you to reserve your place quickly.
We offer a lunch that we will prepare ourselves and that will live up to our nutritional values: an opportunity to see and taste this food that we talk about all the time!
